RELAXATION & CALMNESS

When you are in a very angry and stressful situation, it will be good for you to pause and take a few deep breath so as to cool-off or lower the level of anger.

Let go of all the thoughts at that moment - stay focus and let your mind and body relax as much as you can.

Sit down comfortably and let go of all your concerns and worries by seeing them slowly disappear away from you. Let go of any expectations and simply just relax and breathe.

Finally, it will be good if you could try to develop this habit of chanting any kind of Mantras such as the below example:-
